4.1 Shipping Terms: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

4.2 Customer Responsibility: Although the freight/shipping company typically unloads items upon delivery, there may be instances where customers are responsible for unloading. Please ensure adequate arrangements are made to handle delivery. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
